Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

If we expand to international shipping (e.g., when we start posting on TikTok), this page will be updated.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
  • During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times (UK Only)

Our products are shipped using reliable international fulfilment partners. Typical UK delivery times are:

Standard Delivery (UK): 7–18 working days

 

Most orders arrive within 10–14 working days, but some may take a little longer due to customs, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

Tracked Delivery (when available): 7–15 working days

Tracking updates may take a few days to appear while the parcel is in transit between countries.

Why Delivery Times Vary

Some of our items are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners’ international warehouses. This allows us to offer:

  • unique creature companions
  • fair prices
  • limited‑edition designs

Because of this, delivery times can vary depending on:

  • customs processing
  • carrier delays
  • fulfilment partner location
  • seasonal demand (e.g., holidays)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.

Tracking Information

  • Some items include tracking; others use standard untracked delivery.
  • If tracking is available, it will be emailed to you automatically.
  • Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate parcels — this is normal.

Customs & Import Fees

Most UK orders will not incur customs fees.

However, if a parcel is processed through customs, any charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

If you entered an incorrect address:

  • Contact us immediately at contact@freyascrypt.com.
  • If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change it.

We cannot refund orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 18 working days, email us and we’ll investigate with the carrier or fulfilment partner.

Replacements or refunds are handled on a case‑by‑case basis.

Multiple Parcels

Your order may arrive in separate packages if items are fulfilled from different warehouses.

This is completely normal and nothing to worry about.
