Our products are shipped using reliable international fulfilment partners. Typical UK delivery times are:
Standard Delivery (UK): 7–18 working days
Most orders arrive within 10–14 working days, but some may take a little longer due to customs, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.
Tracked Delivery (when available): 7–15 working days
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear while the parcel is in transit between countries.

Wrong or Incomplete Address
If you entered an incorrect address:

- If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change it.
We cannot refund orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 18 working days, email us and we’ll investigate with the carrier or fulfilment partner.
Replacements or refunds are handled on a case‑by‑case basis.
